Wellbeing School Programmes.

Wellbeing is an integral part of all education. Authentic wellbeing programs with a whole child approach help young people to thrive both academically and socially. Truly successful schools place wellbeing at the heart of their program. When students are well they do well. It’s simple. A genuine whole school wellbeing program can shift school culture and create long lasting health and wellbeing for the future generation. Wellbeing School Programs are designed to suit the specific needs of a school. These programs can offer student curriculums and implement school wide initiatives that infuse and imbed wellbeing within a daily schedule. Testimonials.

“I have had the pleasure of working with Anita for five years and have never met anybody that is so committed to the wellbeing of both students and staff. She is someone you feel very “at ease” with very quickly and know you are in a safe and positive place when talking with her. She was a delight to work with as she built relationships with all members of the school community in such positive ways.”

Colin Boudreau. Head of school. American International School - Riyadh.

“Ms Anita has had an undeniable impact on my life and the entire student body. She listens and never judges anybody. She’s honest and real. I always feel safe and comfortable talking with Ms Anita and feel I can share my true feelings no matter if they are good or bad.”

Kayra Kozak (student). Barcelona.

“Anita runs amazing wellbeing workshops with staff and students and can work on half day/full day and multi day programs of real substance and impact. I recently watched her make change happen in a difficult grade cohort where relationship dynamics needed her magic touch. She works with individuals, small groups and very big groups equally well. Generally she is a solution finder and just a really awesome person to be around.”

Rachel Hovington. Head of School. Benjamin Franklin International School. Barcelona.
