An authentic Wellbeing Educator with over 25 years experience working with all ages and cultures. Dedicated to cultivating the best in individuals. Positive, adaptable with a good sense of humour.
UK born and raised, my professional journey started as a teacher training facilitator and health and fitness presenter working for the YMCA’s training and development department in London. My passion for wellbeing led me to study the mind/body from a holistic perspective. I studied with some inspiring teachers, including Swami Satchidananda and attained teaching certificates in numerous fields of health including yoga, mindfulness and positive psychology. Additionally I am a qualified school teacher and have 11 years experience as the Wellbeing Coordinator at BFIS in Barcelona. I am a passionate health educator (Chopra certified) who has incorporated my knowledge and experience of wellbeing to work with all ages and within a variety of settings. I create and implement wellbeing programs within a school curriculum, teach wellbeing to students, lead workshops and support the wellbeing of teachers, staff, leadership teams and parents. I am a qualified and experienced mindfulness and wellbeing educator for both children and adults. My current role also includes social and emotional counseling for young people. I consider myself a dedicated wellbeing pioneer within education bringing relevant tools that prepare people to navigate our current world. My aim is to provide people with simple practices that connect them with each other, with nature and with their own true nature.
“My personal practice is authentic, steady and full of heart.”
